Shipping Policy

Every order from Cryptid Records is packed by hand at our studio in Philadelphia — usually by the same people who screen-printed your shirt. Here's what to expect between checkout and your doorstep.

Processing time

We're a small team and pack every order by hand. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During new releases, holiday seasons, or right after a big show, it may take up to 5–7 business days. If something will take longer than that, we'll email you.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We ship from Philadelphia, PA via USPS.

*Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it's placed, and are estimates only — carriers occasionally run late, especially around holidays.
** Free shipping on orders over $50.00

Vinyl, Tapes, and CDs ship in protective media mailers. Glassware and mugs are wrapped and packed with extra care.

Order tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Give the tracking link up to 24 hours to start updating.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Want us to ship to your country? Let us know at HQ@cryptidrecordsphl.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing rests with the shipping deities. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or your order seems lost, email us at HQ@cryptidrecordsphl.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost. (Full details in our Refund Policy)

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
